The first service in every home, and the most thorough. It brings the home to the Lux Maids Club standard. Some clients also book it on its own — as a spring clean, or a quarterly reset.
Recurring care for non-members. Every home begins with a LUXRESET; LUXREFRESH then holds it at that standard, generally every three to four weeks.

Utility concierge, home stocking, and a welcome experience so a home is ready the moment you arrive, plus move-in and move-out preparation, home setup, and home reset for every transition.
There is no light version. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors and windows are done every visit, unless you ask us to leave a room alone. In the rooms we are cleaning we touch and clean everything we can — the only thing that stops us is where cleaning something risks the piece itself.
Countertops and sinks, the fronts of cabinets and appliances, and inside the microwave. Not only the counters but what sits on them — small appliances and decorative pieces are lifted, wiped and put back.
Shower and bathtub including the walls, toilets and floors. Soap dispensers and bottles on the counter are wiped rather than worked around, and decor on the walls is included. Rugs are vacuumed, or set with your laundry if they need more than that. Towels are refolded, and any that are soiled are taken through to your laundry area. We do not launder them as part of a standard visit — that comes with LuxLaundry Light or full-service laundry.
Furniture throughout the home is dusted, and so are the decorative pieces on it. Light pickup is part of every visit — the things most services clean around, we tidy and put back, so the room is set right rather than just wiped.
Floors throughout. Mirrors, windows and light fixtures within comfortable reach. Hard-to-reach interior windows and exterior glass are quoted separately as an additional service.
Interior doors are dusted and polished on both sides, and cabinet fronts throughout the home — not only the kitchen — are cleaned. As we work we scan for the marks that collect around a home — light switches, door frames, a smudge on a wall — and take them off where we can. Full wall washing is a separate service; this is the everyday attention that keeps it from being needed.
Inside the oven and refrigerator, behind the washer and dryer, exterior and hard-to-reach windows, carpet cleaning, full laundry and full dish service, and major wall washing. All available — see Lux Enhancements.

We start with a short call to understand the home, how it is used, and what matters to you. We will have a few questions, and you can ask us anything. Pricing is always by request, and it comes out of this conversation rather than a price list.
If it feels like the right fit, we set up your profile with your preferences on record, place a card on file, and find a date that works for your first visit.
Every new home begins with a LUXRESET, our more detailed first service that brings the home to the Lux Maids Club standard. It covers everything a recurring visit does, and adds the work a home needs once rather than every time — baseboards among it. Additional pricing applies to this first visit because it establishes the home’s baseline.
From there, LUXREFRESH maintenance on the rhythm that suits your home, or LUXVIP for members: service every two weeks, priority scheduling, preferred member pricing, the same Lux Maid whenever possible, and one Lux Enhancement of your choice each month.
A note on timing: if your next service is booked within four weeks, the home moves into LUXREFRESH maintenance. If more than four weeks passes between visits, the next service is booked as another LUXRESET.

Not unless you would like to be. It is entirely your preference — many clients are at work while we are there, and others prefer to be home. Either is welcome. How we access the home is agreed with you when your client profile is set up, so it is settled before the first visit.
For LUXVIP members, yes wherever possible — the same Lux Maid is assigned to your home so they come to know it, and you are not starting again each visit. It is one of the reasons members value the membership.
Pets are welcome to stay loose, provided they are comfortable with our team, pose no safety concern, and do not prevent the work from being completed properly and on time. Tell us about them beforehand and we will plan around them.
We bring our own. Everything we use is chosen to be friendly to animals, families and the planet.

Two to three weeks is ideal, both for a first LUXRESET and for any client or partner where the timing allows. Trade partners can request service up to 48 hours ahead when something moves quickly, though more notice is always better for the home.

A deep, restorative clean for carpets that see daily life. We arrive with our own professional equipment, pre-treat every stain and spot, and apply a custom pre-spray suited to your carpet. A counter-rotating brush machine lifts embedded dirt, hair, and debris, followed by steam or orbital extraction, and we finish by grooming the carpet to restore its appearance. Typical dry time is four to eight hours.
High or awkwardly positioned windows, cleaned safely and thoroughly, inside and out. Using professional-grade tools and solutions, we clear dirt, grime, and hard water stains, restoring your windows to their original clarity.

A complete refresh for any room. Every space is fully protected first — drop cloths, masking, and furniture moved or covered — before we spackle and repair the surface, then paint walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, or cabinets to a clean, even finish.
